All orders are shipped between 48 and 72 business hours from our Warehouse. Shipping times vary depending on where you are, but normally it will take from 2 to 7 days. The below timeframes do not include weekends or public holidays or if the post office is shut.

Refund policy

You can return the products you want from your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products and we will issue you a refund.The products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received and with the original packaging and box.Once we receive the returned products, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to confirm that the refund will be executed. In these cases we will reimburse you for the amount of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order neither the return shipping costs.Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the incident and solve it as soon as possible. We will take care of the whole process very easily and at no cost to you so that you continue to love us very much.
